USN markets the majority of standard washers, but also specialises in flat washers with or without heat treatment. They can be ground, zinc plated or manufactured from a variety of raw materials.
The majority of these products are in stock.
DIN 6797A: Washers with external teeth
DIN 6797 A are externally toothed washers which can provide discreet locking. They are particularly effective on flat bearing surfaces and larger than their outside diameter.
DIN 6797J: Internally toothed washers
DIN 6797 J are washers with internal teeth which guarantee discreet locking. They are particularly effective on non-flat bearing surfaces.
DIN 6798A: Washers with external teeth
DIN 6798 A are externally toothed washers which can provide excellent locking. They are particularly effective on flat bearing surfaces and larger than their outside diameter.
Washers Ø from 3 to 16 mm have superimposed teeth for excellent tightening. The internal diameter of the sizes 6, 8x14, 12 and 16 have a tight tolerance compared to the standard in order to reduce the play between the washer and the screw.
DIN 6798J: Internally toothed washers
DIN 6798 J are washers with internal teeth which guarantee excellent locking. They are particularly effective on non-flat bearing surfaces.
DIN 6798V: Conical toothed washers
DIN 6798 V toothed washers are exclusively recommended for tightening countersunk screws.
RDD: Double toothed washers
RDD double toothed washers are particularly recommended on flat bearing surfaces, when the diameter of the passage hole is significantly greater than the diameter of the screw.
RDEFL: Externally toothed and wide band washers
RDEFL external tooth washers are particularly recommended on flat bearing surfaces, when the diameter of the passage hole is significantly greater than the diameter of the screw.
RDIFL: Internal Tooth and Wide Band Washers
RDIFL external tooth washers are particularly recommended on non-flat bearing surfaces, when the diameter of the passage hole is significantly greater than the diameter of the screw.
RDIFS: Internally toothed and narrow band washers
RDIFS toothed washers are particularly recommended in the presence of small bearing surfaces.
RESS A: Spring washers for shafts without groove
RESS A spring washers are recommended for shafts without groove, in soft material with a resistance of 589 to 687 N/mm². Their use is not recommended for ground, hardened or galvanized shafts, as they would considerably reduce the capacity of charge.
RESS J: Spring washers for bores without groove
RESS J spring washers are recommended for bores without groove, in soft material with a resistance of 589 to 687 N/mm². Their use is not recommended for ground, hardened or galvanized bores, as they would considerably reduce the capacity of charge.
AESS: Snap rings for shafts without groove
AESS elastic rings are recommended for shafts without grooves, in soft material with a resistance of 589 to 687 N/mm². Their use is not recommended for ground, hardened or galvanized shafts, as they would considerably reduce the load capacity .These rings are very rigid and easily deformable; therefore, the use of a locking fork clamp is required.
DIN 137A : Spring washers, bowed
Spring washers DIN 137A are recommended for locking lightweight components onto soft materials.
DIN 137B : Spring washers, waved
Spring washers DIN 137B are recommended for locking lightweight components onto soft materials, in applications that require higher torque.
RZB : Knurled washers
Knurled washers RZB – standard version - are suitable for screw / bolt grade up to 8.8.
Their particular conical shape with milling on both bearing surfaces provides an excellent screw clumping.
RZBM : Knurled washers, heavy duty
Knurled washers RZBM – heavy duty - are suitable for screw / bolt grade 8.8. and 10.9 without restrictions.
Their particular conical shape with milling on both bearing surfaces provides an excellent screw clumping.
RZBMS : Knurled washers for pre-assembled screws
Knurled washers for pre-assembled screws RZBMS can provide an excellent screw clumping, thanks to their particular conical shape with milling on both bearing surfaces.
The washer must be inserted into the screw before the thread rolling process in order to avoid any possible loss of the washer itself and allow its rotation when screwing.
Knurled washers type RZB MS can be produced and supplied only on request.
DE : Spring spacer washers for screws and bolts
Washers type DE are recommended to lock mechanical parts in special applications, where the bearing surface should not be damaged.
